Wilk Real Estate leader in homes for sale in Brooklyn NY. Beginning a aggressive new advertising campaign for the sale of the few remaining unites in the Breakers Condominium complex. The complex has recently received final certificates of occupancy from the City of New York, and closings have begun to take place. The first purchasers have already closed on there units and are getting ready to move into there new waterfront community. Wilk Real Estate will now aggressively market the project since immediate occupancy is now available. This luxury water front community consists of two stages, one being town house style duplex units and the other of an elevator building with condominium units located on a single level. Both stages are located in a gated community featuring swimming pool, private boardwalk and gym. "The Breakers" is the hottest project underway in Brooklyn today, says Albert Wilk owner of Wilk Real Estate. "The Breakers" is a unique condominium project that will set the standard in luxury living for one of Brooklyn's hottest neighborhoods, Sheepshead Bay. Albert advises that units are selling very fast and that now is the time to come and see the project while there are still units left. Albert Wilk, owner of Wilk Real Estate is quoted saying that With all the talk about the real estate market slowing down and prices not holding. Here at Wilk Real Estate, we have continued to sell at a remarkable pace despite the state of the real estate market. Recently out of a total 22 units located at 8686 Bay Parkway, we have only 2 remaining. Here at Wilk Real Estate we have been selling condominium units with a very large rate of success. Currently we have sold 6 units out of a total of 8 in the condominium project located on 1549 East 18th Street, and have sold out the entire project located on 2615 East 17th Street, the project has a total of 29 units. As a result of our ability to produce sales even in this real estate market, builders are beginning to more and more transfer there projects to my office after attempting to sell on there own, or after using real estate offices that do not have our expertise and finding that there sales are dwindling. We come in and start producing sales. |
