The potential for a fabulous apartment is enormous. When the door opens to this apartment all you see is the ridiculously long hallway; then from each of the extra large rooms (living room is 17.6 x 12.2) one of the bedrooms is (19.9 x 11.7) and so on the apartment is just large. There are plenty windows so the lighting is crazy. The apartment faces the front of the building, but because we're on the 5th floor, it's really quiet but you can still check out whats happening. There are plenty of storage and plenty of possibilities for expansion. THE APARTMENT DOES NEED AN UPGRADE; but when you take into account the location, if you're looking for all the amenities that Brooklyn has to offer, you could not be more central. The apartment is located about 1 minute walk from the Botanical Gardens, the Brooklyn Museum is about 2 minutes and Prospect Park is also about a 3 minute walk. Also Medgar Evers College that is down the block. Transportation is available in either directions the 2 & 3 or the B & Q and the Franklin ave shuttle train are all within walking distance; not to mention all the coffee shops / restaurants and of course the Barclays Center for all the games and concerts.
