Since 1987
Tottenville makes up the northwest section of Staten Island and comes complete with multiple parks bordering Raritan Bay. Two major roads run through the community and all the homes branch off onto smaller roads around the area. Tottenville real estate is more expensive than bordering communities, but the area is nicer. Tree-lined streets are kept clean and are safe to walk down. Large lot single family homes, semi-attached homes and town homes can all be had in the area depending on the price you can pay for realty. Most of the real estate is below 800, but there are homes that go up over 1 million as well. Consider the realty in the area if you're looking to be part of a nice community that's by the water.
