Clove lake is the community surrounding Clove Lake park and it's a picturesque location for families to move on Staten Island. The area's realty is known for being a mix between single family homes and multi-family units or condos. Housing prices are reasonable and the local community is designed for families to coexist comfortably. Clean streets, maintained communities and fun amenities for children make this area into an excellent one to live. It doesn't hurt that Clove Lake real estate is so close to the large park either, it's an excellent natural escape from the big city.
