The Chatham, at 181 East 65th Street, located in the Upper East Side was built in 2001. This 33 story, 94 unit development was built by architect Robert A.M. Stern, the Dean of Architecture at Yale. Each floor contains 4 to 6 units, including one bedroom apartments, four bedroom apartments and a duplex penthouse.
Many of the higher floor apartments offer breathtaking views of Central Park and Midtown, some also with balconies and terraces.
